Practice and Play Every Day
Each day there will be a lesson designed to move you forward. You’ve made a commitment to yourself to check in and engage with that day’s lesson. We have twenty-eight days to introduce you to the skills and mindsets you will need to become a master navigator of your own life.
The lessons will not take you long to review. The idea is to learn a little, then get out there and play with it. This is an experiential course. Be curious and creative. Make this fun! Be brave, try new things, push at the edges of your comfort zones, and test what you are learning so that you can determine what is true for you.
You’ll know that you are on the right track if those in your circle start looking at you like they are wondering what has gotten into you. We want to challenge our habitual patterns. That might throw some people off. That’s ok. Observe what is going on around you. Notice what works, notice what doesn’t, and let it all be a grand experiment.
The Three Treasures
Each lesson will speak to you on three levels: head, heart, and body. Think of it like a guided tour through a beautiful forest. The guide points out interesting facts about the trees and animals. You take in the beauty around you with a smile of appreciation. You walk the paths, looking around, actively seeking out the next treasure to be revealed as you venture forward.
Each of these elements of being human are important on their own. However it’s the alignment and integration of all three that leads to the true magic. Every day, embrace knowing, feeling, and experiencing each lesson.
Make It Your Own
There is no right or wrong way to go about this. You can lightly touch each lesson, dig deep, or go anywhere in between. Other than not skipping a day, you can weave what you are learning into your life in a way the feels right to you. In the end, we are simply opening your awareness to how you can expand your ability to skillfully navigate your life each and every day.
Ok, it’s time to begin. To start, choose your Day One. It could be tomorrow, or maybe next Monday. Whatever it is, choose when to start and commit. No excuses.
